Acceptance of Terms
By using the Doggy Scoop website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing our team to provide service at your property, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services Provided
Doggy Scoop provides residential dog poop removal, commercial pet waste management, HOA service, apartment community service, retail property service, municipal service, waste station installation and refills, deodorizing, and related eco-friendly yard services in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and approved Portsmouth ZIP codes.
Scheduling and Access
Service timing depends on route availability, weather, property access, and customer-selected service frequency. Customers are responsible for providing accurate gate, access, and parking instructions before each visit.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to keep contact information current, provide safe property access, disclose known hazards, and notify Doggy Scoop of schedule changes, pet behavior changes, locked gates, or other conditions that may affect service.
Pets and Yard Access
Service may be available when non-aggressive dogs are present. Doggy Scoop may skip, pause, or reschedule service if a pet appears aggressive, unsafe, loose without customer approval, or if yard access creates a safety concern.
Weather and Service Delays
Heavy rain, lightning, flooding, extreme conditions, holidays, route disruptions, or unsafe conditions may delay service. Doggy Scoop will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes and complete service as soon as practical.
Billing and Payments
Residential service may require prepaid monthly billing through the customer portal or another approved payment method. Commercial billing may be based on custom proposals, service agreements, or property needs. Failed or late payments may pause service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice for schedule changes whenever possible. No-contract service may be paused or cancelled, but completed services, special visits, and approved add-ons remain billable.
Waste Disposal
Doggy Scoop removes pet waste collected during service and disposes of it using appropriate waste handling practices. Pet waste is handled carefully to support cleaner yards, safer shared spaces, and local environmental care.
Commercial Services
Commercial, HOA, apartment, retail, municipal, and waste station services may require a site review, written proposal, custom route plan, and separate billing terms based on property size, frequency, access, and service scope.
Limitation of Liability
Doggy Scoop works carefully, but customers remain responsible for property conditions, pets, yard hazards, existing damage, and access instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doggy Scoop is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms
Doggy Scoop may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated terms.
