Pricing & Plans

Simple, predictable service. Residential is prepaid monthly on the 1st.

Pricing depends on service frequency, yard size, and condition. You’ll see clear pricing during signup.
No — we don’t price by the dog. We price based on your yard’s service needs (size, condition, and frequency).
Twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one-time, and custom schedules (especially for commercial properties).
Residential service is prepaid monthly and billed on the 1st for the upcoming month of visits. Commercial service is proposal-based with terms defined in your agreement.
Yes. No long-term contracts. You can pause, skip, or cancel by contacting us before the next billing cycle.
Sometimes. We run seasonal specials and community-based promos. Ask what’s active when you sign up.

One-Time Cleanups

Perfect for move-outs, HOA notices, parties, or getting a fresh start.

Yes. One-time cleanups are available and are priced based on the time and condition of the yard.
If a yard is severely neglected, an initial cleanup fee may apply. We’ll communicate any adjustments before starting.
If you want to keep the yard consistently clean, recurring service is typically the best long-term value.
We’ll schedule the soonest available slot based on route capacity. Same-week availability is sometimes possible.

Deodorizer & Add-Ons

Optional services to reduce odor and improve high-traffic areas.

Yes — deodorizer/sanitizing add-ons are available. Weather and surface conditions can affect applications, and add-on fees apply per current pricing.
Yes. Tell us the “hot spots” (dog run, fence line, patio edge, play area) and we’ll prioritize those zones.
Yes. We support eco-friendly options and can provide biodegradable bag solutions depending on your plan/setup.
Yes — we service HOAs, multifamily, retail properties, and municipalities with waste station options, refills, and maintenance.

Service Area & Route Days

We group routes to keep service reliable and pricing fair.

Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk (with expansion across Hampton Roads as routes grow).
After signup, we assign the best route day for your neighborhood and confirm it with you. We try to match preferences when possible.
You can request a preferred day. Exact arrival times vary due to routing, traffic, and weather, but we’ll always communicate before we arrive.

Visit Details & Access

Access, safety, arrival texts, and what we do with the waste.

Yes — we send an arrival notification by text so you know we’re on the way.
Nope. As long as we have safe yard access, we can service while you’re away.
Unlocked gate or clear access instructions. If a dog is not friendly, please secure them for everyone’s safety.
If your dog is friendly and non-aggressive, often yes. If behavior becomes unsafe, we may reschedule.
Waste is collected and bagged during the visit. Disposal depends on your setup (your bin, designated area, or property rules).
When applicable, we provide a gate security confirmation photo after service.
Yes. We follow safety protocols and sanitize equipment between properties with professional disinfectants.

Billing, Pauses & Refunds

Clear expectations so billing stays simple and predictable.

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you so you can update your card. Service may be paused if billing isn’t resolved.
Yes — just reach out as early as possible so we can adjust route scheduling properly.
We take a resolution-first approach. If something feels off, contact us and we’ll review it and make it right.
If the yard has built up again, an initial cleanup may be required to reset service (we’ll communicate up front).

Weather & Holidays

We service through normal weather — reschedule if conditions aren’t safe.

We scoop in most conditions. If weather creates unsafe conditions, we reschedule and communicate updates.
Routes may be adjusted around major holidays. If your schedule changes, we’ll notify you.

Fine Print & Edge Cases

Safety, access, and service expectations — handled clearly and fairly.

Safety comes first. If a dog becomes aggressive or the yard is unsafe to enter, we may reschedule and request updated access instructions.
If we can’t access the yard, we’ll message you. Depending on route timing, we may reschedule that visit.
Yes — we offer recurring cleanup, deodorizing options, and waste station programs for commercial properties and municipalities.

Arrival Notification

Our friendly Doggy Scoop technicians will send you a 20-minute “on the way” text before your scheduled service. You don’t need to be home, but we ask for easy access to your yard and that any aggressive dogs be kept inside. This helps us provide a smooth, efficient, and safe service.

Thorough Yard Cleaning

Once on-site, our professional pooper scoopers follow a systematic cleaning route to ensure no waste is missed. Each technician walks your yard multiple times for a complete and thorough cleanup, leaving your outdoor space fresh and spotless.

Safety First

After cleaning, we take extra precautions to ensure your pets' safety. Your technician will securely close your gate and upload a photo confirmation for your peace of mind. We also sanitize all scooping equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant after every visit, preventing the spread of germs and illness between yards.

Fall, Winter Spring: After Labor Day and before Memorial Day weekend Pets are welcome to enjoy the public beaches and Boardwalk at any time. Pets must be on a leash on the Boardwalk. Dogs may be off leash on the beach. For the safety of all beachgoers, canine and human alike, please supervise your pet carefully when off leash and only unleash on the sand with reliable voice command and recall.
