• Commercial Services:
  • Custom proposals with three options based on property needs
  • Flexible billing arrangements available

Communications & Notifications

• Service Notifications:
  • 15-minute arrival notifications via text message
  • Post-service confirmation emails
  • Gate security confirmation photos
  • Schedule updates and reminders
• Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications
• Opt-out options available for non-essential communications

Property Access & Safety Protocols

• Pet Interaction:
  • Service available with non-aggressive dogs present
  • Right to reschedule if dogs show aggressive behavior
  • Customers must inform of any changes in pet behavior
• Safety Measures:
  • Gate security photos provided after service
  • Equipment sanitized with veterinary-grade disinfectant between properties
  • Proper PPE used during service
